Sun worship. The very first false religious system instituted after the flood of Noah was the sun worship of ancient Babylon. This system was known as a “mystery” religion, because people initiated into it were not allowed to share any secrets with people who were not “enlightened.” Another key feature of this system was the “pyramid” of illumination. Initiates at the bottom of the pyramid were shown very few secrets, and were not allowed to know much of the true nature of the mysteries. Listen to how medieval historian John Tzezes (1110 A.D-1180 A.D.) describes the Egyptian mystery religion in his commentary of an extract from ancient Greek author and historian Homer’s “Iliad”: “Now, Homer says this as he was accurately instructed...the sacred scribes in former times desired to CONCEAL THEIR OPINION ABOUT THE NATURE OF THE GODS, and therefore handed all this down to their own children by allegorical methods.” 
 Lower level initiates were also barred from visiting certain shrines, or confined to the outer courts. The further an initiate moves up the pyramid the fewer members of equal rank there are, and the more secrets of invocative ceremonial “magic” are revealed to them. This is the reason the “eye of Horus”, the son of the sun god, is pictured floating atop the great pyramid in the emblem of the mysteries. The pyramid, with thirteen columns of stone, represents the rays of light coming from the eye of god, the sun. The further one moves up the “pyramid” of power, the closer they are in power to the sun god. The sun god himself sits at the very top of the pyramid (more on this in the chapter “Secret Societies and The Ancient Mysteries”). The name of the “sun god” of the Babylonian mysteries was “Baal”, and was worshipped under three entities, a trinity, represented by the rising sun, the noonday say, and the setting sun. This trinity was symbolized by a triangle with a circle or point in the middle in both the Babylonian and the Egyptian system. 
 Nimrod, the first king of Babylon, claimed that he was the earthly son of the sun god, and when he later died his wife, Semaramis, also known as Rhea, claimed that Nimrod had returned to his place in the sun. After his death she became pregnant, and she claimed that she had been impregnated by the rays of the sun and that her son, Tammuz, was the new “son of the sun.” In other words, he was (said to be) the SON OF GOD! This was the “messiah” of the Babylonians. When Semaramis died it was said that she now inhabited the moon, and so the story of the moon/earth goddess giving birth to the son of the sun, who is also the sun god himself, began. 
 The festival of the birth of Tammuz took place at the winter equinox, on December 25. As the year goes on, the span of daylight gets shorter and shorter, and it was thought that the sun was dying, and moving away from us. In fact, the sun is actually getting closer, but anyway; this progression continues until the winter equinox, when the days start to lengthen out again. The days again reach their full length around December 25, and so it is said that the sun is being “reborn.” The sun god was thought to die every year, and to be reborn on December 25 as a new “son.” Thus we can see the idea of reincarnation in it’s most ancient form. Tammuz was thought to be Nimrod “reincarnated”, and this progression of the death of the god, and his reincarnation in a new child, took place every year. Whether they actually picked a new child as an earthly representative each time is unclear, since this system is very ancient. But it must be stated that this is the exact same belief as Buddhism. The “Dalai Llama” is thought to be the reincarnation of the “Buddha”, the son of god. We will further discuss Buddhism later on. The “trinity” of Babylon consisted of the sun god, the mother goddess, and their son. They also had a festival for the mother goddess which took place at the spring equinox, on virtually the same day as God’s Passover.
 Another system, instituted at about the same time, was the “mystery” religion of Egypt. In it’s purest form, this was no more than a cultural translation of the Babylonian mysteries, with slight variations to represent Egypt, instead of Babylon, as the “land of the gods.” The sun god of Egypt was “Ra”, and was also considered a trinity of the gods Muat, Ra, and Osiris. A key feature of this system, akin to Hinduism, is it’s incredibly vast roster of gods. Many gods had numerous names and forms, or were completely interchangeable with other gods. Many lesser gods formed their own miniature trinities, or were part of a series of trinities with numerous other gods. Again, this was all for the purpose of keeping laymen mostly in the dark about the true nature of what they were really worshipping. It is akin to Roman Catholics praying to a series of dead “saints” (ALL Christians living and dead are “saints”) for specific purposes, instead of praying directly to God. More on this in the next chapter 
 The mythology of Ra and Horus/Osiris is virtually identical to that of Baal, Nimrod, and Tammuz. Tammuz was both the son and the husband of his mother. Osiris was the son of Isis, the earthly incarnation of Muat “the mother goddess”, and he was also her husband. He was the son of Ra, but he was also a part of the trinity of the sun god. In different places the names Osiris and Horus are used interchangeably in representing the “son of the sun”, with the other representing the power of Ra, and being the “judge of the dead”. These two names are seemingly interchangeable when referring to this aspect of “the son.” This is equivalent to Nimrod being interchangeable with Tammuz, even though Tammuz was his son. Horus was the son of Osiris.
 Osiris was also represented in the form of the “Apis Bull.” This is why God was so angered by the Israelites when they grew impatient and crafted an idol of a bull and started worshipping it. They were worshipping the false messiah of the Egyptians, and through him they were LITERALLY worshipping Satan! No wonder God ordered all who would not immediately repent to be slain. The Egyptians also celebrated the spring and winter equinoxes, and believed that the sun was reborn on December 25.
 In the Grecian mysteries the son of the sun was “Bacchus”, and is identified by ancient historians, such as Herodotus and Diodorus Siculus, as being the very same god as the Egyptian Osiris. Diodorus tells us: “Orpheus introduced from Egypt the greatest part of the mystical ceremonies, the orgies that celebrate the wanderings of Ceres, and the whole fable of the shades below. The rites of Osiris and Bacchus are the same; those of Isis and Ceres exactly resemble each other, except in name." Bacchus is another name for Hercules, the son of Zeus. So we see that the religion of Greece and their system of gods were the same as in Egypt, and therefore the same as in Babylon.
 Historians agree that the gods of the Romans are identical to the Greek gods, simply with different names. The system of worship was the same, the mystery initiation was the same, and the belief in the pagan “messiah”, the son of the greatest god, represented in most Roman sects by the sun, was the same. Roman “Mithraism”, with Mithras as the son of the sun god, is an even purer form of the Babylonian system of Baal/sun worship, and was, at the time, purported by it’s Roman followers to be a purer, earlier form of the Roman religion. It would be comparable to apostate Christians being invited to go back to the purer form of Christianity found in the Bible. However, this sounds absolutely ridiculous when applied to a pagan religion. Imagine that, fundamentalist paganism! 
 The Celts, or “Druids”, also worshipped the sun as the great god “Odin”, and under various other names, and also believed in the “son of the sun”, known by some as “Thor” and others as “Baldur.” These are identifiable with the Greek warrior Bacchus, and are the same as Osiris and Tammuz. The Celts also celebrated the winter solstice as the “rebirth of the sun”, and the spring equinox as the festival of the earth goddess “Eostre.” The mystery system of the Druids is only a slightly cruder form of the Babylonian Mysteries. 
 The god of Hinduism is also represented as a trinity composed of “Brahma, Vishnu and Mahesha.” The early mythology of Hinduism is very scattered, and different gods are attributed different powers in different writings, and in different places different gods are considered to be the greatest, or the creator. The earliest form of the trinity was present in Agni, god of fire, Vayu, god of air, and Surya, god of life. These were all the sons of  “Prithvi” (the earth goddess or “mother nature”), and Dyaus, the sky god. 
 In it’s earliest form, Hinduism was the worship of “forces”, such as fire, water, and air. This later evolved into the worship of cosmic objects, as in the Babylonian religion, and the trinity came to be representative of the god of destruction or “forces”, Mahesha, the sun god Brahma, and his son Shiva, who comes to earth as “Krishna” or “Vishnu.” This later form is simply another corruption of the purer form of the Babylonian Mysteries.
 The Zoroastrian or “Parsee” religion also revolves around the worship of the sun god, Ahura Mazda, who is represented as the orb of the sun with two wings, and his earthly progeny, “Zarathushtra.” The Egyptian sun god was also often presented as having two wings, and being guarded by two strange creatures. We know that the throne of the TRUE God is protected by two “Cherubim”, which are very similar to “sphinxes”, having the face of a man, the body of a lion and the wings of an eagle. This representation is also found in much Babylonian art.
 The Bible tells us that the Messiah would not be born of a mortal man, but instead would be the son of God. Therefore we read in Genesis 2:15 that instead of being the “seed” of a man, (the idea of “seed” being, in the ancient world, attributable to sperm), the Messiah would be called “the seed of the woman”,: “And I will put enmity between thee and the woman, and between thy seed [the serpent’s] and HER seed; IT SHALL BRUISE THY HEAD, AND THOU SHALT BRUISE HIS HEEL.” [Brackets added] Now, did you know that the name Zarathushtra, or “Zuru-ashta”, literally means “SEED OF THE WOMAN?!” Now isn’t that kooky? The Roman historian Epiphanius was of the opinion that it was “...Nimrod, that established the sciences of magic and astronomy, the invention of which was subsequently attributed to Zoroaster."
 Another characteristic of almost all these pagan religions is that they represent the “messiah”, the son of the sun god, as battling a serpent or dragon. In Hinduism the great serpent “Calyia” is slain by Krishna, and this image is represented with Krishna crushing the head of the serpent under his heel. Thor was supposed to have bruised the head of the great serpent with his hammer. Horus is seen stabbing the Great Adversary of the gods, represented as a serpent, in it’s head with his spear. Bacchus was said to have crushed the head of the great serpent, and was later SHOT in the heel with an arrow. The mythological Achilles, the son of a goddess, was invulnerable in all places except his heel, where any wound was fatal. Apollo was represented slaying the great serpent Pythos. Hercules was said to have strangled serpents while still in his crib, and it is also written that Hercules slayed the “Great Dragon Draco.”

                                    Salvation Written in the Stars

 Another characteristic common to almost all of these pagan religions is the recognition of the “zodiac”, the twelve major star constellations. Many have wondered why the signs of the zodiac are commonly known throughout the ancient world, even to the Indians in Mexico and South America, even though the pictures they represent are not readily apparent. No person making up constellations by them-self would come up with these same twelve pictures, varying only slightly from one culture to the next. But did you ever consider what some of these signs represent? 
 The Virgin, Virgo, is dominant in the sky before the rising of Sagittarius, the archer. Sagittarius is very similar to Orion; both are “The Great Hunter”, and both are known in the mystery religion to represent Nimrod, or some other variation of the son of the sun. In the myth of Orion, Orion is bit by the “scorpion”, and is later resurrected by the “serpent wrestler”, Asclepius. It could be inferred that Orion is representative of the slain messiah and Asclepius is representative of the resurrected messiah. The head of the “scorpion” constellation is seen underneath the foot of Asclepius, also known as Ophiuchus, and the mythology of Orion tells us that Asclepius “crushes the head” of the scorpion under his heel. 
 The mythological stories associated with the constellations vary greatly from one teller to the next, but they are all drawn from the original representations of the constellations as a “great hunter”, the son of a god, and a “serpent wrestler”, also the son of a god. It should also be noted that, although the stars of “Scorpio” are normally thought of as a scorpion, the actual shape of the constellation is much more suggestive of a serpent, being one long line of stars. This may have been the original representation, and may have been adapted due to the later inclusion of the scorpion in the myth of Orion. 
 There is, however, a mention of demons as being like scorpions in the New Testament. In Revelation, when the “bottomless pit” is opened and the imprisoned angels (demons) are released, the Bible describes their appearance this way: “And they had tails like unto scorpions, and there were stings in their tails: and their power was to hurt men five months. And they had a king over them, which is the angel of the bottomless pit, whose name in the Hebrew tongue is Abadon, but in the Greek tongue hath his name Apollyon.” (Rev. 9:10,11) More on that name in just a moment.  
 It is also worth noting that the Bible tells us that Nimrod “...was a mighty hunter before the Lord: wherefore it is said, ‘Even as Nimrod the mighty hunter before the Lord.’” (Gen. 10:9) The figure of Orion, or Sagittarius, is always represented as “the mighty hunter.”
 Also pictured is Hercules, who kills the dragon constellation “Draco” in order to attain the apples from the tree of Hera. Hera, the mother of Hercules, had planted a great tree on the slopes of Mount Atlas, but the daughters of Atlas were greedy and stole some of the golden apples of the tree, and so Hera set the great dragon to guard the golden tree. Hercules was the son of Hera and the chief of all gods, Zeus, who is identifiable with Ra, Baal, and the chief gods of the other pagan religions. Although the constellations Orion, Asclepius, and Hercules have, in the Greek mythology, been taken to be separate personalities, it could be inferred from these representations that Orion is representative of the slain messiah, Asclepius of the risen messiah, and Hercules of the returning messiah, who slays the dragon.
 Now, the Bible tells us in Genesis 1:14: “And God said, ‘Let there be lights in the firmament of heaven to divide the day from the night; and let them be for SIGNS, and for seasons, and for days, and for years.’” God says that one of the purposes of the stars is for “signs.” As we shall see in a moment, this certainly applies to the signs in the stars that led the Roman “magi” to the infant Jesus. But could it also be that it was God himself who set the entire story of salvation in the stars, and first caused men to take notice of them? 
 It would take another book to fully explain the significant symbolism of the other constellations in the plan of salvation, but ponder for a moment the Biblical symbolism inherent in some of the other constellations: the lion (Christ is “the Lion of the Tribe of Judah” Rev. 5:5), the goat (Satan has been associated for millennia with the symbolism of the goat), the ram (Christ is represented as a Ram for the sacrifice Gen 22:8 & 13), the scales (“Thou [the king of Babylon] art weighed in the balances and art found wanting.” Dan. 5:27) , the Centaur (Centaurs were the mythological offspring of Kronos or “Saturn”, the horned one, who we will see is closely associated with Satan), the water-bearer (“Whosoever will, let him take the water of life freely.” Rev. 22:17), not to mention the numerous other constellations that are known almost universally. More on all of this in a moment.
                                      The Confusing of Tongues
 
 It should be clear by now that there is no differentiating between all of these forms of paganism. Ra-ism, Hinduism, Druidism, Zoroastrianism, Greek Zeus worship, Roman Apollo/Jupiter worship, and Mithraism; they all have their wellspring in the Ancient Mysteries of Babylon, and they all revolve around a “messiah” who is considered to be the “son of god”, the “seed of the woman” and the one who “bruises” the serpent’s head. But how did this religion spread to all corners of the Earth, even as far as South America?
 The Bible tells us that immediately following the flood “The whole earth was of one language, and of one speech.” (Gen. 11:1) This chapter goes on to tell the story of the “Tower of Babel,” which history tells us was built by Nimrod. They sought to build the tower so that it‘s top would “reach unto heaven.” An ancient legend not found in the Bible tells us that Nimrod sought to build the tower to the heights of heaven so that he could kill the Most High with an arrow from his bow. This would certainly explain the expression that the Bible gives in reference to him: “Even as Nimrod the mighty hunter before the Lord.” You could say of someone: “He seeks to be like the Most High, even as Nimrod the mighty hunter before the Lord.” 
 God further tells us: “Behold, the people is one, and they all have one language; and THIS they begin to do: and now nothing will be restrained from them which they have imagined to do. Go to, let us go down, and there confound their language, that they may not understand one another’s speech.” So the Lord scattered them abroad from thence upon the face of the earth.” (Gen. 11:6-8) This readily explains how the system of worship which Nimrod founded could be spread across the entire face of the earth under different names. But you say “Tammuz had not yet been born; how was this belief spread?” Let us not forget that the god-child was considered both husband and son to his mother, Semaramis. Nimrod himself was thought to be the very first “son of the sun.” Nimrod was the first king (after the flood) who was worshipped as the son of god.
 And if perhaps you might take this story to be a parable or simply a fable, consider for a moment this remarkable archaeological finding. It is already an established historical fact that the Tower of Babel WAS built in ancient Babylon. In fact, the very base of it is still standing to this day out in the Iraqi desert. This place is referred to in the Babylonian cuneiform inscriptions at the site as the “Tower of Tongues”, and King Nebuchadnezzar himself, in the inscriptions found at the site, speaks of it thusly: "A former king built it, but he did not complete its head. Since a remote time people had abandoned it, WITHOUT ORDER EXPRESSING THEIR WORDS. Since that time the earthquake and the thunder had dispersed its sun-dried clay; the bricks of the casing had been split, and the ear of the interior had been scattered in heaps. Merodach [another name for Tammuz], the great lord, excited my mind to repair this building. I did not change the site, nor did I take away the foundation stone. As it had been in former times, so I founded, I made it as it had been in ancient days, so I exalted its summit." (Smith's Bible Dictionary)[Brackets added]
 Now, you might ask, “How in the world did these beliefs spread all the way to ancient South America?!” Well, the Bible tells us that, after the birth of Nimrod, a child was born by the name of Peleg, and that “The name of one was Peleg; FOR IN HIS DAYS WAS THE EARTH DIVIDED.”(Gen. 10:25) Most scientists and Anthropologists will tell you that the Indian peoples first arrived in North America some TEN THOUSAND (ha) years ago by crossing the Bering Strait, which at the time, the “Ice Age”, was supposedly frozen solid. This is ridiculous, since there was not one man alive ten thousand years ago. There WAS NO ten thousand years ago. Time did not even start being counted until approximately six thousand years ago. There is simply NO SUCH CONCEPT as “ten thousand years ago.” It would take another complete book to describe the ridiculous lengths that scientists have gone to to come up with the idea of “billions of years” of universal existence, but suffice it to say that this is simply another ploy to make evolution seem more plausible, which in itself is quite a difficult task to accomplish. Did you ever notice that you never hear about anybody carbon dating dinosaur bones? That’s because every time someone does they come up as only being a few thousand years old!
 Anyway, there are two meanings to the name Peleg. The Bible says that the reason he was called this was that “in his days the earth was divided”, so it would seem that the meaning of his name would have something to do with “dividing.” But is this a symbolic dividing of the land into different nations, or is this a literal dividing of the land itself? The two translations of Peleg are “Earthquake” and “channel of water”, as in “irrigation.” Obviously this is not speaking of the dividing of countries with arbitrary boundaries. 
 Most scientists agree that at one point in the past the entire land mass of the earth was one huge continuous continent. The only thing that scientists and Bible scholars disagree on is the timing of the breakup. Scientists tell us that this was a slow progression over millions of years, which is ridiculous, in light of the creation account. The Bible implies that the name Peleg should tells us HOW the earth was divided, so the Biblical teaching on this matter would be that the earth was divided by an “earthquake” in the days of Peleg which created new “channels of water.” This would explain how Indians, with their Babylonian inspired beliefs, could end up on the other side of the ancient world; something that these Godless scientists have NEVER bothered to explain.    
                                         The Magi and The Star

 As we have seen, the entire ancient world was fully expecting that the son of the Highest God would be born among men and sacrifice himself for the world by “bruising the head of the serpent”, and Satan took this opportunity to set HIMSELF and HIS “messiah” up as the objects of worldwide worship. Remember the “wise men” who visited Christ as a child were called “Magi?” They were astrologers, priests in the mysteries of Apollo/Jupiter. And yet, when they were presented with the true Messiah, they immediately recognized him as the TRUE Son of God; they were some of the very first converts! You see, these priests knew all about the prophecies concerning the Son of God being born among men, and all their lives they had wrongfully attributed this honor to the Roman Adonis, who, as we have plainly seen, is exactly the same as the Babylonian “Tammuz.” The name Adonis is drawn from the Hebrew “Adonai”, which means “Lord.” This is the word that is translated as “Lord” in the Old Testament when referring to God and the coming Messiah. The name “Baal” is Chaldean for lord. These men must have finally realized the corruption of these prophecies that had taken place in their own religion, and, as astrologers, they recognized the significance of the “star” which they now saw shining so brightly. 
  It is agreed by most Biblical historians that, due to the timing of his death and other evidence found in the Bible, Jesus was most likely born sometime in the first half of September in the year 3 B.C. As we have already demonstrated (in chapter one), Christ absolutely MUST have been born in the year 3 B.C. because the book of Luke tells us that he was baptized at the age of thirty in the fifteenth year of the emperor Tiberius. We know for a fact that this was the year 27 A.D. (thus fulfilling the prophecy.) The Catholic priest who originally attempted to calculate the year of Christ’s birth was, for one reason or another, off by three years. But this standard has been accepted for so long that no one cares to change it anymore.
 There is a telling of the birth of Jesus in the book of Revelation which is presented in symbolic form. It declares: “And there appeared a great wonder in heaven; a woman clothed with the sun, and the moon under her feet, and upon her head a crown of twelve stars: and she being with child cried, travailing in birth, and pained to be delivered.” (Rev. 12:1,2) This parable soon turns into a prophecy, as it continues on to describe the persecution of the early Christians during the “times, time and dividing of time”, up until the end of the Catholic Inquisition.(See Chapter 2)
 But let us focus just on these two verses. Obviously this is speaking of the birth of Christ, and it also speaks of this “great wonder” appearing in heaven near the time of his birth. It is now possible, with modern astronomy software, to chart the exact positions of the planets and the stars as they would have appeared from the Middle East at this exact point in history. As we roll back the years to the beginning of September, 3 B.C. we find a remarkable correlation. This particular correlation of stars and planets only happens about once every two thousand years, and it only again occurred very recently, which could be a very important sign in itself. 
 First we see that the sun, during the day, resides directly over the constellation Virgo, the Virgin. Then we see that at night, the moon resides directly beneath her feet. And all the while her head is crowned with the twelve stars of “Coma Berenice.” As the sun descended and the moon rose the constellation would be bathed in the light of the setting sun while simultaneously appearing to stand on the moon. Of course this would only be visible at sunset in the ancient world. There is far too much interference now from ground-based light sources to make out any constellations during the sunset in most places in our modern age. However, as pagan astrologers, it was these men’s job to study the sun, moon, and stars at all phases of the day and night.
  Now Jupiter, which, as we shall see, is closely associated by pagans with the false “father and son”, was, at the time of this correlation, in the house of the Lion constellation “Leo” (Jesus is called the “Lion of the tribe of Judah” (Rev. 5:5) and if Christ were indeed born in September he would be born under the sign of the Lion. 
 Consider this for a moment. The true birthday of Christ is under the sign of Leo, the Lion. The Birthday of the FALSE messiah is under the sign of Capricorn, THE GOAT! This is why there is BOTH a Ram and a Goat in the twelve-figured zodiac; one, the Ram, Biblically, is representative of the TRUE Messiah, and the other, the Goat, representative of the false. The representation of Satan as a “goat” is rife throughout history. The upside down pentagram associated with Satanic magic is called the “Goat Head of Mendes.” The earliest kings would wear the horns of a goat or a bull on their head to demonstrate that their power was derived from the “god” of the sun. This is where the modern tradition of the pointed crown finds it’s origin. The god “Kronos”, who was known as “the horned one”, came to be associated with the Roman “Saturn.” This was the god whose offspring were the “Centaurs” or “Satyrs.” Saturn was supposed to be the father of Jupiter, and with the introduction of the false “trinity” of the mysteries into the Roman religion both Saturn and Jupiter became combined and associated with the highest god Apollo, or Zeus, and this became the unholy trinity of the Romans: Saturn/Jupiter, Apollo, and the goddess mother Venus, with both Saturn and Jupiter as the “son” after the same fashion as Nimrod/Tammuz and Osiris/Horus.   
 Now, back to the first subject. At the same time of this correlation Venus, “the morning star” (Jesus refers to himself as “the morning star”) and Mercury, from whence we derive the “Hexagram” or “the Star of David”, were closely aligned with each other in very near proximity to the constellation Virgo, and these served to greatly magnify each other’s light. This is most likely the “bright star” that the wise men perceived. This explains how the “star” could change it’s position in order to lead the way unto Bethlehem. Think, the wise men are first led to Jesus by the morning star, Venus, along with the “Star of David”, Mercury. And then later, Jesus himself, the Lion of the tribe of Judah, declares “I am the root and the offspring of David, and the bright and morning star.” (Rev. 22:16)
 Do you see? These men had been raised their whole lives to associate all of these signs and symbols with the false sun god and his son; and, as pagan astrologers, they would have recognized that this one of a kind formation was a herald of great importance concerning the “god-child.” It is actually because of their pagan faith that they were able to recognize the true Messiah when they finally saw him, because Satan had earlier attempted to appropriate all of these symbols for use with his own false messiah! 
 When Caesar Octavian came to power, a little less than a century before the birth of Christ, he claimed that he was the son of the god Jupiter (his birth occurring on or near the winter equinox), and that his goddess mother was “Venus.” The planetary goddess Venus is the goddess mother of the Roman mysteries. Since Julius Caesar adopted him as his son, Julius Caesar came to be seen as Jupiter himself! Again we see the correlation of the son being a reincarnation of the father, although, in this case, they were both alive at the same time. At any rate, they both claimed the divinity of Jupiter. This added greatly to their influence over the Roman people. 
 Jupiter is readily associated with Apollo as the “god of the sky” and the “god of thunder”, and seems to be an earlier incarnation of Apollo before the Romans included the Greek mythology of Zeus, who was also known by the Greeks under the name Apollo, in their belief system. In a much earlier mythology of the Romans Jupiter was said to be the son of another god, Mars. But when Julius Caesar rose to power in the first century B.C. he unified the Roman people in the worship of Jupiter as the highest god of Rome and it‘s mysteries, declaring the Roman Jupiter synonymous with the Greek god Apollo, also known as Zeus. A we have seen, Jupiter is also the “son” of Saturn and Venus, and Saturn is the son of Apollo and Venus. So we have the present and future incarnation of the son together with the goddess mother and the sun god as the “trinity.”
 Speaking of Venus, the “morning star”, the planet Venus is the very source from whence we draw the symbol of the “pentagram.” This is why this symbol has long been associated with the false messiah of the occult, although the planetary symbolism was actually co-opted from Jesus. This is not to say that the symbolism of the pentagram itself is identifiable with Jesus, but only the planet Venus, since the pentagram itself is a complete invention of the pagans. 
 A lot of people think that the planet Venus actually traces the very symbol of the pentagram in the sky through the course of it’s movements. This is not exactly what happens. Due to the wobble of the earths axis the movement of the planet Venus is viewed from Earth as having five elongations or “points” at equal angles over an eight year period. This is not a pentagram, but a circle with five points sticking out at equal angles. This cycle repeats every eight years, and is usually accurate to within a day. The early pagans, being worshippers of these planets, sought significance in any movement of the heavenly bodies and would have found the greatest significance in a continuously repeating cycle. They originated the continuous single line tracing between the five points in the shape that we now think of as a “pentagram” or “five pointed star.” Many modern scientific books on astronomy still use the pentagram as the symbol for Venus. Similarly, the “hexagram” is the symbol for the six elongations of Mercury, which has also long been known to the Jews as the symbol “The Star of David.”   

                                                Naming Names

 It must be noted that the Bible, in the book of Revelation, refers DIRECTLY to the Greek god Apollo as “the angel of the bottomless pit.” This would be none other than Satan himself. This is incredible; most Christians seem to completely gloss over this verse; THE BIBLE SAYS DIRECTLY THAT THE “GOD” THAT THE ROMANS WERE WORSHIPPING, which we have already identified with the sun god of all the other false systems, IS THE DEVIL! Listen to this verse: “And they [the demons ascending out of the bottomless pit] had a king over them, WHICH IS THE ANGEL OF THE BOTTOMLESS PIT, whose name in the Hebrew tongue is Abadon, but in the Greek tongue hath his name APOLLYON.” (Rev. 9:11) [Brackets added] Think of that, Jesus, speaking through John, directly tells us that the god of the Greeks, which is the same as that of the Romans, the Egyptians, the Babylonians, the Druids, the Hindis, and the Zoroastrians, is a fallen angel, the Devil! 
 As has been said, all of these religions revolve around the worship of the spirit of the sun as the highest “god of this world.” They also associate the planet Venus, “the morning star”, with their false messiah. But did you know that the name “Lucifer” can be literally translated to mean “day star?” Another translation is “light bearer.” The Bible also refers to Lucifer as the “son of the morning”(Isaiah 14:12). Also, in several places in the Bible angels are referred to figuratively as “stars”, as in Revelation 12:3 and 4. It might even be supposed from this symbolism that God has actually given every star to represent an individual angel. We read in Ezekiel 28:17: “Thou [Satan] hast corrupted thy wisdom by reason of thy BRIGHTNESS.”[Brackets added] Now, what is the day star of this world? What is the light bearer of the morning? The sun! The sun is worshipped worldwide as the highest god (“I will ascend above the HEIGHTS OF THE CLOUDS: I will be like the Most High.” (Isaiah 14:14). That’s the key phrase here “I will be like the Most High.” If Satan wanted to be like the Most High he would have to have a Messiah, he would have to have a system of laws and sacrificial ceremonies, and, as we have already seen he does, to represent himself as being “covered” by two strange “cherubim”, just like the Most High! 
 Now, who is spoken of in the Bible as “the god of this world?” The Devil, Satan, Lucifer! And why does he set up this false system of worship?: “But if our gospel be hid, it is hid to them that are lost: In whom THE GOD OF THIS WORLD hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, LEST THE LIGHT OF THE GLORIOUS GOSPEL OF CHRIST, WHO IS THE IMAGE OF GOD, SHOULD SHINE UNTO THEM.” (2Corinth. 4:3,4) He does it for the specific purpose of leading people away from the true Messiah! Satan hates us because, unlike angels, we are made in the very image of God. Satan wants to be worshipped the way God is worshipped. Satan wishes to be like the Most High; and yet it is we, sinful little sacks of flesh, who are called “God’s children”, and who will one day “be like him” (1John 3:2).
 And in what way did Satan establish this false system? We read in the verse immediately before these: “...but [we] have renounced the hidden things walking in craftiness, nor handling the word of God deceitfully; but by manifestation of the truth commending ourselves to every man’s conscience in the sight of God.” (2Corinth. 4:2) [Brackets added] In these verses Paul is referring directly to the mystery religions! He says “we have renounced the hidden things”, and after this he says, almost sarcastically “But if our gospel be hid, it is hid to them that are lost.” 
 Remember, the key element to the mystery religions is that they are mysterious. Lower level initiates are often directly lied to about the true nature of the mysteries and are kept in the dark by the higher ups. As more and more Satanic wisdom (light) is revealed to them, they are further “illuminated” , until they become fully “enlightened” members. Paul is making it clear that Christianity is nothing like the mysterious sun worshipping religions: “But we have renounced the hidden things walking in craftiness, not handling the word of God deceitfully.” And Paul further tells us that the creator of these false religions is “the ‘god’ of this world.” Paul further emphasizes his point in verse 6, saying: “For God, who COMMANDED the light to shine out of darkness, hath shined in our hearts.” Paul is specific about telling us the source of the light of Christ’s gospel. The sun does not enlighten. It is God, who commanded the light to shine, who is at the head of all things. God said “let there be light” before there was a sun to shine! God was literally the light of the world before the sun was even created!  
 It must also be noted that almost all of these religions had a representation of the sun god as a child in the arms of the goddess. There are statues dating back to the time of Babylon that show the “god child” as an infant in the arms of the mother goddess. This representation is also seen in Hinduism, where the goddess is shown sitting on a lion (a woman riding on a beast, hmmn (Rev. 17:3-6) holding the child in her arms under a great tree. Early Catholic missionaries to China were stunned to find people worshipping a statue of “Madonna” with the child in her arms under the names of “Shing Moo” and “Mu Tsoopo.” They also found mention of the mother and child in ancient Chinese sacred writings. Mu Tsoopo means “gazing mother”, and is the same as the Egyptian goddess mother, who was also known as “the gazer.” One of the distinguishing titles of the Greek mother goddess Athena, also known as Minerva, is Ophthalmitis, which is from where we draw the term “ophthalmology”, the practice of eye surgery. 
 Nearly all of these religions also write of, and have a representation of, the “tree of life” being guarded by angels or strange beasts. Many of them also represent a “tree of knowledge” with a serpent coiled around it. Though this serpent was initially associated with the great adversary of the god-child, it later came to be worshipped as the bringer of human enlightenment, and became associated by most of these religions with the sun-god himself because of it’s power to “enlighten”, such as in the dragon/sun-worshipping religion of Japan. The Japanese pagans actually worship the “Great Dragon” as the highest god and believe that his spirit dwells in the sun. It was also common for the pharaoh of Egypt to wear a serpent emblem on his headdress, and the Egyptian mother Isis was known as the goddess of the serpent AND the scorpion. The headdress of Horus depicts a serpent supporting the orb of the sun on it’s back.
  It must too be noted that the “dragon” of mythology was nothing more than a snake, or a great worm, with wings. The Bible tells us that the “serpent” did not originally crawl, but was condemned after the fall to slither on it’s belly (Gen. 3:14). Scientists have found that many snakes have small bumps on the bones on either side of their body where there was once a joint connected to their ribs. Most scientists have taken this to mean that serpents once had legs, but, according to all of the mythologies of the world, and also hinted at in the Bible, THE SERPENT ONCE HAD WINGS!
 Another parallel to the Christ of the Bible is the idea of “eating flesh” and “drinking blood” in order to gain eternal life. The only difference is that pagans would LITERALLY eat flesh and drink blood in an attempt to become immortal. Did you know that this is the very origin of the word “cannibal?” Cana-Baal is Chaldean for “Priest of Baal”, and, just as the priests in the Jewish temple were allowed to eat the meat from animal sacrifices, the priests of Baal would eat the flesh from HUMAN sacrifices! Do you see how every single aspect of God’s great plan of salvation has for it a corrupt and evil pagan counterfeit?

      The Cross
                                            
 The cross or “tau” has been a symbol of pagan sun worship since the earliest days of Babylon. Priests of Babylon associated this symbol with their “messiah”, the son of the sun, Tammuz (for T was also the first letter of this name in the Chaldean language) and wore it on their clothes and around their necks. Ancient Egyptian priests wore this symbol as the “ankh”,  the T cross with a teardrop shape above it, representing the disc of the sun, as a symbol of the sexual union between the feminine Isis and her son/husband Osiris, or Horus, the son of “Ra”, the sun god, who was worshipped as the child of the sun. A form of this is still used as the “female” gender sign. The Pharaoh was considered the earthly representative of Ra and was worshipped as god. 
 The cross is also a symbol of the axe or hammer of the Celtic “Thor”, and the Greek “Bacchus.” Bacchus was often represented wearing a head band covered with crosses.
 Early Roman Catholic missionaries to Mexico were amazed to find giant stone crosses erected for the pagan worship of the ancient Indian tribes. Consecrated vestal virgins (nuns) in pagan Rome wore the symbol of the cross around their necks long before the birth of Jesus. Buddhist priests also wore this symbol, and many pagan sects in India and Africa were known for imprinting the cross symbol on worshippers foreheads. Again, this was all before the birth of Christ and the Christian church.
 The symbol of the cross was known, since the earliest days of Babylon and Egypt, to be a symbol of sun worship and the pagan mysteries. Now consider for a moment, the fact that the TRUE Christ, the TRUE son of God, and the TRUE atoning sacrifice was PUT TO DEATH ON THE SYMBOL OF THE FALSE MESSIAH!!! Remember how Paul emphasized it?: “...and became obedient unto death, EVEN the death of the CROSS.” (Phill. 2:8) Think of that, “Even the death of the cross!” And now the pagan symbol of the cross is being used the world over in order to represent JESUS CHRIST! 
 Did you ever wonder where crucifixion originated? It was originally a means of sacrificing the condemned criminal to the sun god. It only makes sense; I mean, hey, as long as you’re executing them, why not use the opportunity to appease the god, too, right? It is said that Alexander the Great once crucified ten-thousand men after a battle as a gift to the sun god for his victory. Three thousand of the chief Babylonians were once sacrificed on the cross at one time as a gift to Baal. European pagans used it as a way of invoking fertility by crucifying someone in the midst of their fields; a reminder of this is still around today in the form of the scarecrow.
 The original Christians did not use any form of symbolism. They did not wear relics and they certainly did not wear the pagan symbol of the cross, which they would have immediately recognized as the ultimate symbol of Satan’s messiah!
 Did you ever consider this? This will be explained in much greater detail in the chapter “The Age of Aquarius”, but consider for a moment; the antichrist, when he appears, is going to do everything (in a counterfeit way) that the real Christ will do when he returns. If Satan wanted to fully copy God’s plan of salvation, then the coming antichrist would also be the “second coming” of the false messiah of pagan history! It will be Satan’s false messiah, Tammuz, returning to Earth, and the symbol of Tammuz is the CROSS! Millions of Christians are unknowingly wearing the symbol of the ANTICHRIST around their necks, just like the priests of Baal did! Are you beginning to see how deep the roots of Satan’s conspiracy goes? This is, and always has been, the thrust of Satan’s plan; to FOOL people who otherwise would have worshipped the TRUE God and his Son into worshipping HIM and HIS “son”; this is the most compelling argument yet that the antichrist will come from a supposedly “Christian” institution bearing the symbol of the cross!
 Now you say “I thought you said that the antichrist was coming to impersonate Jesus, and now you say he will claim to be the pagan christ?” You must understand that most Neo-Pagans and New Agers believe in the concept of reincarnation. They believe that ALL of the messiahs of the past have been one man! They call them “avatars”, and they believe that a new incarnation of the avatar appears every time man is on the verge of a “new age” of spiritual evolution. This is where new-ageism gets it’s name; and they believe that Jesus Christ was one of these avatars! Turn to “The Age of Aquarius” to see this concept fully demonstrated. They believe that the coming “christ” (the antichrist to us) will be the ultimate and final incarnation of the “Christ Divinity”, and that he will usher in a new age of world peace (the Age of Aquarius) by REINSTATING THE ANCIENT MYSTERIES! They state this openly and plainly in innumerable writings!
 The Bible says of the antichrist: “In the latter time...a king of fierce countenance, and understanding of DARK SENTENCES, shall stand up.” (Da. 8:23) A few verses later it states: “And through his policy he will cause CRAFT to prosper in his hand.” (verse 25) This is clearly referring to a practitioner of the witchcraft of the Ancient Mysteries. The Bible is telling us that the antichrist who will soon rise up will be the HIGHEST MASTER of the Ancient Mysteries, and indeed the writings of Neo-pagans and New agers about the new age christ which they await confirm this idea completely! This is the reason for the sudden upswing of interest in the idea of “the craft” in the recent history of our popular culture. First there was a movie called “The Craft” which presented witchcraft to teenagers as a viable religion and, low and behold, just a few years later, Wicca is the fastest growing religion among teenagers, and popular culture is now rife with this abomination. See “Satan: The Father of Incrementalism” for a full rundown on how the Ancient Mysteries have absolutely saturated our modern culture. It’s almost time for us sheep to be sheared.
  There is a fatal mistake that many Christians make in assuming that the ancient witchcraft is nothing more than a lot of nonsense created by men on some sort of hallucinogenic drug that has no real effect in the world. Few understand that when TRUE practitioners of magic perform a ceremony of witchcraft that they are TRULY harnessing the power of DEMONS! It must be stated that demons have no power over the soul of a born again Christian, and therefore this type of magic would have no effect on us. However, if someone is an initiate in the mysteries, Satan gives them a certain amount of power to wield over evil spirits. As has been said, the further one moves up this ladder, the more of the dirty little secrets are revealed, and therefore the more power over these demons one is given. If a highly placed initiate of the mysteries were to cast a physical curse on a lower level member, provided it was something physically within the power of a demon to do (for instance, a demon probably could not turn a human being into something like a chicken or a toad, although you never know), I am rather convinced that it would have it’s intended effect. 
 I am also EXCEEDINGLY CONVINCED that the people at the VERY TOP of the “pyramid” know EXACTLY who it is that they are serving, the fallen angel Lucifer, and have joined themselves to him in his cause of defeating the true God of heaven. I am not merely making a spurious accusation here folks. Turn to the chapter “Secret Societies and The Ancient Mysteries” and I will show you IN THEIR OWN WORDS that the people at the very top of these organizations FULLY UNDERSTAND that it is LUCIFER from whom they derive their power; and CEOs, businessmen, politicians, and leaders from all different walks of life are members of these secret organizations! I will literally show you DIRECT QUOTES from the writings of the VERY FOUNDERS of both FREEMASONRY and THE NEW AGE RELIGION that speak of their DIRECT ALLEGIANCE TO LUCIFER and their personal accounts of their inductions into the ANCIENT MYSTERIES. You will be absolutely SHOCKED at how openly this is spoken of!    
 Friends, I can’t stress to you enough the importance of recognizing the incredible prophetic TRUTH that is contained in the Bible and detailed in this book. The Apostle Paul warns of the last days: “And then shall that Wicked be revealed...even him whose coming is after the working of Satan with all POWER and SIGNS and LYING WONDERS, and with ALL DECEIVABLENESS OF UNRIGHTEOUSNESS in them that perish; BECAUSE THEY RECEIVED NOT THE LOVE OF THE TRUTH, THAT THEY MIGHT BE SAVED.” (2Thess. 2:8-10) Elsewhere Christ warns that the deceit of the last days and the false messiah, the antichrist, will be so pervasive, so complete, so all encompassing that if it were possible “the very elect” would be fooled: “For false christs and false prophets shall rise, and shall show signs and wonders, to seduce, if it were possible, even the elect.” (Mark 13:22) This is the same language as Paul’s epistle. But who are the elect? Is it simply every person who claims the name of Christ? No, IT IS THE ONES WHO RESIST THE REIGN OF THE ANTICHRIST TO THE VERY END! And since the OVERWHELMING MAJORITY of Christians living in these, the last days, don’t even believe that they will have to face the antichrist, many, if not most, so-called “Christians” will be FOOLED because they “loved not the truth.” “In your patience posses ye your souls.” (Luke 21:19) Notice how it’s stated: “...and shall show signs and wonders, to seduce, if it were possible, even the elect.” The very purpose for all of this trickery is to FOOL THE ELECT! Satan is only marginally interested in fooling nonbelievers and atheists. His true ambition is to steal God’s very elect away from him. HE WANTS TO BE GOD!
 
 
 

                                                      Sunday

 History tells us that the tomb of Jesus was sealed with the seal of the Roman emperor. Anybody who broke the seal of the emperor was subject to execution. But do you know what that seal was? It was the words “Singlem Solis.” This translates as “Seal of the Sun.” Think of this, the very seal of Satan, the sun god himself, was placed upon the tomb of Christ! 
 Now the Bible tells us that Jesus died on a Friday morning, and slept in the tomb all through the Sabbath. It must be remembered that The Bible counts days as “an evening and a morning.” Remember Genesis 1:5: “And the evening and the morning were the first day.” Jewish days were counted from sundown to sundown. What we consider Friday night was (is) actually the evening of the Sabbath. This is the cause of much of the confusion about which day Christ arose. Christ slept in the tomb from the end of Friday morning until Sunday evening. Think of that; even in his death and resurrection Christ still kept the Sabbath! 
 Now, when the sun rose on Sunday morning the pagans would rise up to worship the sun. This was the “sabbath” day of the pagans: Sunday. Saturday is God’s Sabbath; it always has been (since the seventh day of creation) and always will be. Likewise, Sunday, since the days of Babylon, has always been the day of Pagan sun worship; it is the day of worship in almost every single one of the false religions previously mentioned. When the sun rose the devil would be worshipped while Christ was still in the tomb, but God would not allow that. Jesus rose “while it was yet dark” on Sunday night.(John 20:1). God would not suffer to leave his son in the tomb while the false messiah, his murderer, was being worshipped and exalted. 
 Do you remember the Bible tells us that in the hour leading up to Christ’s death the sun was darkened? (Mark 15:33) The true God of heaven put his hand (figuratively) over the sun to demonstrate to the onlookers that it was HE who controlled the sun. The sun was darkened, the rocks were rent, and the Centurion standing by cried: “Truly this was the Son of God!” (Matt. 27:54). The gospel of John also tells us: “And he that saw it bear record, and his record is true: and he knoweth that he sayeth true, THAT YE MIGHT BELIEVE. FOR THESE THINGS WERE DONE THAT THE SCRIPTURE SHOULD BE FULFILLED.” (John 19:35) John is telling us that the Centurion who was there at that very moment and witnessed the darkening of the sun and the great earthquake was STILL ALIVE WHEN HE WROTE THE BOOK! He was literally saying to the reader “Hey, if you don’t believe me go ask this guy; he was there!” 
 Most people never stop to consider this fact: There were innumerable witnesses to the miracles of the gospels still alive when they were written down. Literally thousands of people had seen Jesus perform unimaginable miracles, and these people were LIVING AMONG the very people that the disciples were writing to! This is why there was never any serious effort in the disciple’s time to dispute the fact that Jesus had performed miracles. Even the ROMAN HISTORIANS who tell of Jesus’ life write of him performing miracles as if it were an established fact; indeed it  was, THEY HAD THOUSANDS UPON THOUSANDS OF WITNESSES TO IT! 

                                                    Buddhism

 Buddhism is a more subtle form of pagan worship, and many of it’s elements seem to have developed outside of the mystery system. However, the key elements, the worship of the “son of god” and the pursuit of “enlightenment” are still present.
 One of the key teachings of Buddhism, which is also essential to ALL “new-age” religions, is that everyone and everything is a part of God. “God is all and all is god” is what they say. This is the concept of “one-ness.” In the Buddhist religion, reaching “enlightenment” literally means BECOMING EQUAL TO GOD! New agers call it “embodying divinity.” Remember the second lie that the serpent told to Eve? “For God doth know that in the day ye eat thereof, then your eyes shall be opened, AND YE SHALL BE AS GODS, knowing good and evil.” (Gen. 3:5)
 On the website www.buddhanet.net we read: “light symbolizes wisdom. Similarly, the light of wisdom dispels the darkness of ignorance.” Now listen to this line: “THE OFFERING OF FRUIT: Fruit symbolizes the ultimate fruit of Enlightenment which is our goal.” Buddhism symbolizes “WISDOM” with “THE FRUIT OF ENLIGHTENMENT!” The genesis of this belief is ridiculously obvious!
 One similarity that Buddhism shares with the Egyptian mysteries is in it’s veneration of the Lotus flower as the “...potential or actuality of Enlightenment. We should rise above our defilements and sufferings, just like the lotus flower arising above the muddy water. This serves to remind us of our own potential Buddhahood.” Many Buddhists worship the Buddha under the name of Amida Buddha, which means “BUDDHA OF INFINITE LIGHT!” Now who in the world could THAT be?! Yeah, I don’t know either.
 As has been said, the Buddhists believe in continual reincarnation. They believe that people return to Earth again and again, each time becoming more and more enlightened. When one finally reaches “enlightenment” they become an “ascended master” and go on to a higher spiritual plain known as “nirvana” or “the pureland.” This is the equivalent of Greek and Roman “apotheosis”, in which master mystery initiates who die are considered to “take their place among the gods.” This is seen in a lot of imperial Greco-Roman art, where the fallen emperors are seen cavorting about heaven with the planetary gods and are worshipped as new gods in the pantheon. As shall be elaborated in the next chapter, this is the exact same process as the Catholic “canonization” of dead saints. In the new age religion these ascended masters are referred to as “the hierarchy.” More on this in a moment. Now, the Tibetan Buddhists believe that the man known as the “Dalai Llama” is an “in the flesh” reincarnation of the FIRST Buddha, the one which they worship as the son of god. They literally worship this man as god! The Buddhists also have a distant form of the zodiac in “the wheel of life”, which has TWELVE segments, and is representative of the progression from birth to death, and again to re-birth.
 The main difference between the Ancient Mysteries and Buddhism is that Buddhism is an “open religion”, meaning that all of it’s teachings are available to anyone. Laymen were usually kept in the dark about the secrets of the mystery religions, and depended upon the priests to tell them what to believe and how to worship. Buddhists want everyone to “seek his own path to enlightenment.” However, this belief is just as corrupt as the mysteries, as Jesus tells us: “I am the way, the truth, and the life: NO MAN COMETH UNTO THE FATHER BUT BY ME.” (John 14:6) Satan would love to keep people continually searching, wasting all of their short lives seeking their own way to come unto God, just as long as they don’t find the ONLY TRUE WAY provided in Jesus Christ.
